ALL modern firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer, and you will be subject to and must pass an FBI check (N.I.C.S. “Instant Check”) when you receive your firearm at your hometown dealer.

To communicate about these firearms, you must be 21 or older and not under any disability in regard to owning a firearm.

Firearms Purchasing Policy 

Firearms can not be purchased by out-of-state residents unless the transaction is handled by a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Georgia residents must make in-store purchases unless arrangements are made to ship to a qualified Federal Firearms License holder.

If you are from outside the state of Georgia and are interested in making a purchase, you will need to provide the name, address and phone number of an authorized dealer in your home state. That dealer will need to mail or fax me a current signed copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) before the firearm can be shipped. Once your payment is received along with the proper FFL, i will then ship the firearm to your local dealer, whom will then take care of all the necessary paperwork, usually for a small handling fee.
